I'm part way through changing out the fork oil on my 1199s front forks (Ohlins FG9251) and have an issue working out the correct volume of fork oil. The rear of the owners manual states '155cc of fluid in each leg', however having drained the first fork leg I've measured around 350cc of fluid! Something is amiss here... Please can someone help? I've searched the net and cannot find anything conclusive Sam
Cheers mate. I gave up in the end and just replaced the same amount of fluid I took out, plus a tiny little drop more to stop me using the last few mm of travel. Seems to work nicely and leaves around 15mm of travel unused after heavy braking tests
