Don't know if anyone was wondering if the 1299 seat unit would fit the 899/1199 but apparently it does. An Italian company fitted one and the only things that needed changing were two bolts for something and the wiring harness needed to be a little longer.
Where did you find the link for this Ian. I looked on the parts catalogue at the dealer and it appears the plastic under tray that also forms the vents, has two bolts each side that seem to attach to the subframe, but clearly not. This is aside from the three bolts that attach it at the top.
