New 2012 bike availability

Discussion in 'Multistrada' started by Trancey, Jan 1, 2013.

  1. Does anyone know if there are any new 2012 bikes still available, probably a base model?

  2. Which bikes ? Hondas, Kawasakis ?

  3. Wouldn't it be a good idea to speak to a dealer rather than a bunch of Internet warriors?

If your local dealer doesn't have one then I'm sure the Ducati database will show where there is one available.

  4. As said, a Ducati dealer will be able to do a nationwide check as well as their own stock. I know Ducati Aylesbury have a 2012 S Touring in stock and as they also have the 2013 touring in stock, they are bound to do a competitive deal.

  5. Trust me... first post and there's a tosser waiting to pounce

  6. Hyside have a red ABS listed at £12395, sent them a few emails with no response, their loss, I bought elsewhere

  7. Who you calling a tosser ? You shouldn't ask such a twat question in the first place.

Suppose you want to know where to put your tax disk next. I can tell you if you want.

  8. Now that made me chuckle

    Trancey, welcome to the forum.
I would suggest going on the ducati main web site and getting dealers list, then ringing around.
Or as others have said, ask your local Ducati Main dealer to do a dealer search. You probably won't get as good a deal this way though.
You might get a good deal as the 13 bikes are starting to come through now.

Willy, I keep mine in my wallet so it doesn't get nicked. Where were you going to suggest :upyeah:

  9. Tax DISC, stoopid.

    Welcome to the forum Trancey.

  10. Make your mind up

  11. ok, for those that couldn't understand what I said:

You could get the dealer to do the checking, and then get a bike in to them from another dealer. HOWEVER, You probably won't get as good a deal this way though.

This is because, unlike the dealer with the stock, the one doing the checking has a live punter and have little reason to sweeten the deal to make a sale. Unless of course your a valued customer, but if you were, you would have already asked them
