Hi guys. So I get the bike back from Pro Twins after it's first service. Can't wait to open the bike up a little more. From Pro Twins, I'll be taking the bike over to my pal Simon from @ SnS Bikes to get a Termi full system fitted. I'm really looking forward to see what a difference the system makes I'll post my findings once iv picked the bike up and taken her for a good thrash
Because iv had years of building race bikes and track bikes and I can no longer be bothered lol. I also run my own business and at the moment I'm soo busy I really don't have the time. The guy I use ran the Suzuki 500 GP team in the 90's as team principal. He looked after Schwantz etc. He's the only guy I really trust with my bikes(if I'm not working on them) Only going back to the place of purchase (Pro Twins) due to having the first service free.
I do usually quite enjoy stripping and rebuilding &fitting new parts etc but at the moment it's more cost effective for me to pay someone to do it. I don't get charged a lot tbh ;-) Also having a 5 week old baby gets in the way of any garage time lol
Its great when you get new stuff. Ive just put 70mm headers on mine too. I'd have paid someone too coz those copper nuts are arseholes.
i have no time to work on my own stuff. not even to wash it. which i noticed bringing the bike up the road tonight.
