Good job! You will love it, I know I love mine, had it a month, done 800 miles on it and it's getting better
Been years since I've had a new bike and never had a Ducati. I'm still getting my head round buying in the Autumn, just in time for winter. Sure I will be asking loads more questions in the very near future about all sorts. Phil how does it compare to other bikes you have ridden? Cheers Lads.
Umm, how long u got? I would say it's a lot easier to live with than the 848, if u are new to Ducati's it's a much easier way in as it steers and handles like a 'traditional' bike, where are as standard the 848 and 1098 have unique characteristics that take a while to get comfortable with. Can't really compare it too much to the two Daytona's I have had, loved the triple engines and they were skinny and easy to move around on but that's about it.
I resisted the urge for a whole year and a half, then rode one... Then spent 5 weeks lusting after one and then bought one....
