  2. Go for the Axial Pro 'In' boots too and it'll be more comfy on the calf. Ive similar Dainese trousers (without the red flash). The shin protection works better with the 'in' boots. Before I bought a set I used to wear daytonas with them but replaced the shin pad/knee combo with just the knee pads. This took the pressure of the calf as the boots were not squashing the shin pad etc around my leg.

    Nice Mutt. :)

  3. Yes the shin pad, its a lot get into the boots so they are just too tight now. I will make do until the bike account has some credit.

The Mutt, yeah she's my bud.

  4. I had some spare knox knee pads. I just swapped em over whilst I had normal 'out' boots.

  5. I loosened off the clip thing on the boots which has helped a bit. Its not bad, just tight. The shins and knees are stitched in so I would need to cut them out, not something I want to do.

I think look at the 'in' boots you mentioned.

Overall, I am very happy, good fit, feel comfortable. Was out on the bike with them on and seem to have good ventilation.

  6. Sewn in? There is usually a velco'd access from inside the trousers to remove them.

  7. Yep, definitely sewn in. There is the Velcro material at the bottom but sure thats to stick to boots
