Hello, New Diavel owner here, red ABS (all Ducati's should be red!) Absolutely love it and have been commuting to work every day since taking ownership last week. Also ride a Victory Jackpot which I could not stand parting with. Very similar story to newbie Dave from Wales, as I went to the dealership to look at the XDiavel but was not overly keen on it being a little small when sat on. It may grow on me I guess. Made the mistake of test riding the Diavel and was hooked!
Some would say no Ducati should be a cruiser Yellow or Silver are the correct historical colours for a Ducati, Red is a 90's marketing ploy that most fell for :Angelic: Only 3 of mine are red :Finger:
Had two others me self, an st4 and a 600ss both red. Ducati Manchester has a Red XDiavel with gold wheels. Not sure about the gold wheels myself. But the red looked good to me on the XDiavel. But the whole matt black thing is a bit Audi to me. Controversial??
I was looking at the red (with white stripe) at Manchester this morning. I think it looks good with the gold wheels. DMC in Preston has a matt black and gold one too.
