Drink driving was always targeted via the traffic bobbies. Now we have fewer traffic officers, the hope is the public will self police it. I wouldn't hesitate to report someone although I fear the Police response wouldn't be that great.
I will be reporting Char for using her mobile phone whilst on a petrol station forecourt. I may text it in whilst I am driving home tonight ! Hang on, I will report myself for texting whilst driving too. Who needs Police these days eh?

I wonder how long it will be before certain people realise that there is a profit in it. Report a mate, he gets fined a few quid, split the grand. Seriously, it would not surprise me at all. In fact, it would surprise me as much as the Tom Daley coming out thing did. I have no interest in him and always presumed he was ginger beer anyway. I could not believe the time it got on the radio, TV and the press, strap back!!
