New Ducati Owner ( Nearly)

  1. Evening chaps

    Coming over from a BMW S1000XR to a Hypermotard 939 SP or will be sometime this week when the dealer can get the bike PDI and the Term fitted. I may have to have the Term fitted at first service because i can't wait too much longer

    The XR is a fabulous bike but was only going to put me in a grave or a jail cell

    Looking forward to fun and frolics and tours on the Hyper

  5. Welcome Rick, and I get where you're coming from re: the fast riding on the BM, I was always the same on my sports bikes. One of the great things, I have found, about Ducati is you don't have to ride them fast to enjoy them especially with the Termi's fitted, the noise, grunt and torque is so addictive and always a head turner. Enjoy, I'm sure you'll love it. :upyeah:

    Now i just have to work out how to get some luggage for trips without doing the panniers

    Was thinking of Kriega unless anyone has any brighter ideas

  8. I use Oxford soft luggage, panniers & tank bag, on the Monster, they work well.
