Hi guys New ducati owner. Bought a 2008 ducati 848 in white. Waiting to pick it up at the moment and very much looking forward to getting it! Thought I'd say hi and introduce myself, I'm sure I'll be asking questions in the future lol. Hopefully the forum has some good technical advice as I will be doing work on my own bike when required! That' a pic of my bike. I don' have many pics until I pick it up the end of next week unfortunately! As for a bit of history.. I'm 31. I was going to bike route at 16.. had a Peugeot speedfight 2.. was looking at aprilia rs125 or caviga mito at 17.. but I ended up doing cars (had an assortment of turbos, v6s and v8s).. always said i would get another bike when time and money was right, and i bought a dirt bike last summer for a bit of fun and remembered how fun biking is, so here I am now! Just been riding an Yamaha yzf r125 to regain a bit of experience on the road between my CBT and direct access and the ducati popped up with the perfect spec so couldn't resist!
Nice looking bikes there guys haha. Definitely need to remove the passenger foot pegs. Looks much cleaner under the tail!
