Hi all picking up a 2006 999s tomorrow been on jap bikes all my life so new to ducatis but always wanted one so i apologise in advance to everyone in case i ask any daft questions first one being its a biposto but would like to buy a seat pod ie the type that just replaces the rear seat pad any help would be appreciated Thanks ian
Welcome To convert to a mono seat you will need the mono sub frame too. You can get others that will fit yours but don't look good IMO

Yes, get the single seat mono subframe and convert to single seat. Looks much smarter. 2006 999's are great bikes btw. Not the mad peak power of a JIL4 but more than enough shove for a spirited road ride. Enjoy!
