Just managed to snap this pic as I was leaving the factory having done the Museum/Factory tour, about three weeks ago (highly recommended if you ever get the opportunity). There were in fact two identical test mules caught at the traffic lights, unfortunately by the time I managed to get the camera out the lights were just changing and the bikes were starting to get hidden by the traffic. Having just seen this week's MCN 'Exclusive Spy Shots' of the forthcoming Scrambler, I guess these are the same test bikes. I know you can't see too much in the way of detail, but I thought you guys might be interested anyway.
Hmm, like the idea of a scrambler, was even trawling bike trader to get an idea of prices for the triumph scrambler. Can't see the Ducati Scrambler being as keenly priced as the triumph, though.

Obviously we know its not finished....but more than likely will be a good sell. That market seems to be ok. There's a fair bit of bodywork missing though.
From the pics so far I am less than impressed. Sooner have an original. But the world has gone retro mad. Soon we may have a 916 retro. Now that I would be interested in, if it looked even nearly as good. But as for the scrambler...meh...
Theres got to be a temptation to put the panigale lump in the Multistroodle swell for 2014 I would have thought....
