  1. Hi,

    I am a 31 year old man from Stavanger,Norway.
Currently riding a 2013 Streetfighter 848, coming from a 749s loving the more upright position of the 'fighter.

Looking forward to spending some time in here :sunglasses:

  5. Hei and Welcome.....just back from 2 weeks touring the south of your beautiful country, how do you ride round and not hurt your neck looking at the scenery everywhere :D

  6. I do agree that the scenery is right up there with the best in the world, the trick is to know where to take pit stops to fully enjoy the view

Just recently took a nice trip in the mountains, stunning views!

  7. Welcome, what happens to all your TPS's up there, I sell loads more to Scandanavia (are you still called that) than all other countries put together? Do they freeze :)

  8. I have no idea about the TPS issues....I have never replaced any of them on my bikes.
But to be honest, where I live it doesn't get that cold, the climate is very similar to UK (meaning wet and windy)

  9. What a great looking bike. Welcome along :upyeah:

  10. Welcome,
So is that a pic of your Streetfighter and a Monster next to each other.
What market were Ducati aiming at when they bought out the streetfighter? Seems so similar to a monster, but I like the styling better personally. And did they then drop the streetfighter model?

I kinda also like the idea of an upright naked bike but with Hypermotard, Hyperstrada's.... are they not just versions of a Multistrada.. man this is all a bit confusing...

  11. Thanks,

Yes that is my Streetfighter 848 next to my friends Monster 1100evo, although they are somewhat similar in looks they are very different to ride.
While the SF is more of a naked sportsbike, the Monster is (...well a Monster) even more upright, softer seat, wider in the tank area +++

I was actually surprised with how different they feel to ride....
