Found a link from Ducati.ms on a long rebuild of a 1991 900SS by Wolfram, very interesting stuff. My bike was almost a museum piece when I got it, so none of that rusty repainting needed but all the charging system wiring is getting changed out for reliability. And it seems I cannot deal with the carb icing from the original Mikuni's, too bad because it works so well on warm days. Anyway, joining to see how his build turns out.
Looking forward to some of the tips on this forum, seems like a lot of Brits are here and I know they like to tinker with mechanics! Rock
