Ducati Multistrada 1200S 2015

Hi Guys I am having a problem pairing my Iphone5 with my new Ducati Multistrada 2015 model. It recognises it but wont pair once I enter the code.It says on my iPhone "Ducati multimedia System not found" . Anyone else had any problems?
