Don’t know how many people have bought stuff from the above. I tried to buy some 1299 mirror blanks with indicators which weren’t cheap (circa £190). Long story short, the carrier UPS lost the parcel. They advised NRC, but NRC are refusing to give me my money back and refusing to even answer any emails from me. advice: avoid NRC like the plague!
Why is UPS losing the parcel and admitting it NRC's problem ? Did you pay for tracked delivery, did they claim that deliveries were insured ?
Paid for a tracked delivery. UPS have ‘had’ the parcel for over 4 weeks, but can’t find it. Apparently they told NRC two weeks ago, but NRC won’t answer any attempt to contact them. Now opened a dispute with Paypal, but they’re not responding to them either! Utter garbage.
After about 2 weeks if they don't engage with paypal it will be an automatic refund happened me several times, I book all my flights this way so any problems paypal just refunds me! Good luck dude
Thanks for the message all. Looks like PayPal are going to refund my money. I’d stay clear of NRC though as they just said wasn’t their problem and stopped communicating..... lesson learnt!
