Just got the V4S back from the dealer who performed the 1000km inspection. A quite big software update was installed, with influences on almost all electronics incl. Ohlins suspension and engine. Bike starts from still now much better than before, as if the clutch as a hardware was also altered somehow (so they seem to have worked on EFI or something). Didn't notice any change on the suspension, but maybe the front is not compressing as softly as before with same settings applied. My chain was fastened a bit as recommended by newest Ducati info. Wow - very nice feel now. Furthermore a big recall is announced: both intake and outtake valves of the gas tank will be replaced for safety reasons. All owners should get mail shortly. Bit in a hurry to catch a flight with the missus - sorry for grammar, or something... ;-)
