Yes, but it does have official history with the Castrol connection, not just a customer one off, hard to say if it detracts or adds to the value.
I guess it's priced as a new bike so it is worth what a collector is prepared to pay. It's hard to price I guess so the seller has to chance it. I wouldn't have been surprised to see some places asking more, even if there is no chance of achieving it. £10k probably. Thing is, with the value of money, even if you sold it for £30k in 20 yrs its probably only about what you paid for it anyway
Only if you ca fid somee to pay 10k, and what abot the cos of money? What else culd you have usedit for? Insrance costs? Service costs to mamtain its value? Blah blah blah
Agree that 10k is on the money, but you'd still have to cost up new paint job to get it back to being an 'original new SP1'. So 9k then.
