  1. Cheers, and greetings from the U.S. Just joined, first time Ducati owner with a 1988 Paso 750. I lean toward the older stuff, but then again, at 62 I guess I'm older as well! The Paso presents really well, but it is definitely a work in progress. Just got it running yesterday, first fire since 2003. I'm sure I'll have many questions as I move forward given I know next to nothing about Ducatis. My regular riders are a 1973 BMW R75/5 and a 1983 Laverda RGS 1000. I just "refreshed" (not restored) a bitsa 1974 Laverda SF750, and have several other mundane bikes I play with. Looking forward to learning more through the forum.

  6. Hi and welcome to the forum.
I noticed your Paso is on Pirelli MP7’s - early radials from 1985 - 1990 ish - so these tyres must be 30 - 35 years old. Great to keep the rims off the floor but be careful if you ride the bike on them !

  7. Good eye. As noted above, I just got it running after a 30-year slumber. Tires are on the short list, but first have to go through the hydraulics. Rear master let go the moment I bled it, front calipers actually bled clean and the front master look remarkable. Well, at least inside the reservoir.

  8. Man, the Paso is such a unique bike, bloody love it. Welcome from another newbie.
