Just joined the forum. To complement my 1980 Pantah 500, I have bought a 2002 748 with no motor, they seemed to blow up regularly, and a 916 motor ZDM916W4D*00054** in good running condition to put in. This number seems to be very early in the 916 life cycle. Has anyone else done this mod, seems to be common?
Welcome, straight forward engine upgrade, never heard of the 748 blowing up any more than any other engine. Steve
