Hi I am a first time Ducati owner living in Turkey for the last ten years. I've owned many bikes, too many to mention but 9 months ago I wanted to fulfil a lifetime ambition, and own Ducati. As I'm retired my funds were very restricted and the cost of buying bikes in Turkey is very expensive. So, I decided to go full analogue and buy one of the early Ducati Monsters, and I'm not disappointed. It's a classic, with a feel-good factor every time you ride it, and the glorious sound of a dry clutch. Not done much to it at the moment except bring it up to pristine condition and decide what new accessories I treat it with. I have included a photo to show its current condition.
Welcome from one newbie to another. Nice bike - going analogue is a smart move, less to go wrong and way easier to service if you want to do it yourself.
