V4 New V4 Spy Shots!

Discussion in 'Multistrada' started by rotaxracer, Mar 6, 2021.

  1. Just seen an image of a V4 Multistrada with what appears to be a SSSA and 17inch wheels!
Supposed to be released in 2022. On Moto.it website.

  4. Yeah my dealer has confirmed (off the record) that, in line with the filing with the California emissions board, a 17 inch PP is planned for 2022 model

  5. You can see the gold coloured Ohlins on the front of that spy shot too.

  6. Still going to return 30mpg or less  Andy

  7. More like high 20's:p
At least it will if my sweaty paws get hold of one.
Are we going to run a book on price?
I reckon 25 large and a bag of Wotsits.

  8. I'll go +2K on your £25K and I'd prefer Marmite crisps please. Andy

  9. Marmite crisps :yum the best!

  10. Have you tried Guinness crisps? Awesome.

    Anyway, this SSA/17FW is interesting.

  11. Its going to be £21k plus at least just for the basic bike based on previous pricing.

  12. This is fantastic news! I’ll have had mine for two years by then, so this could work out nicely.

  13. Great, I can stick plenty of miles on my 1260 PP over the next few years and hopefully have a great option to consider when the V4 PP has been out a year or so

  14. Do people actually consider, worry, or even calculate what gas mileage their motorcycle gets?

  15. I couldn’t care less, personally.

  16. My only concern is not having to fill up every 100 miles or less as my Tuono used to need. That grates a bit eventually and spoils the ride.

  17. YES.
As its a bloody touring bike. Designed to go long distances 2 up with luggage. All of which will reduce the range considerably due to the increased weight and poorer aerodynamics. (2 up & luggage).

I get about 140 miles to a tank on my 899 hybrid, which is fine as its a sports bike. My GS, 2 up with boxes can go another 50 miles on top of that as its a tourer. Which is what I expect.

  18. Agreed. Regular trips from northern England to southern Spain mpg makes a huge difference on a touring bike. I don’t give a shit about mpg when it comes to riding a sports bike.

  19. Gosh its like the company is listening to the voting polls, the moaning at dealerships.

    (quiet slow clap to ducati)

Can I request a Mutlistrada Enduro with large fuel range & V4s kit, no skimping on the electronic goodies.
