Hi there, Just joined and hoping to find some advice (and humour). Been riding a TDM 900 for 5 years and fancied a change so I've bought a 2003 Multistrada 1000DS in Anniversary Red (the fastest colour). Expecting delivery of the bike next Wednesday and cant wait for the first proper ride. I'm a bit apprehensive regarding the comfort of the seat so I may be looking for alternatives. Welcome. Dont mind what others may say, those earlier Multi's look great ! Witnessed a guy on slicks going sideways around a mountain for a couple of miles 2 yrs ago on one in Austria / nth Italy area. Supermoto style proper. Guy was an animal. Like speedway all the way up the mountain. Pretty awesome.

Having to use a TDM for 5 years to overcome insomnia must have been difficult, hope your cured now though?
