After 4 years of fun on a Triumph Street Triple R, and with more time on my hands I traded it for a Multistrada 1200 non ABS last week, for more of a long distance tourer (with a Sporty element). Great looking bike - even the wife said so. Very good performance and so far getting better mileage than the ST3. Love the sound of the V twin and getting used to playing with the gears. Dashboard information a bit OTT, but now I have got used to it its beginning to delight. BAD points The gear indicator got out of sync after a wash at the weekend. (Italian electronics?) It has stalled on me twice for no apparent reason. Can't see how the fork pre-load can be adjusted. Off to Wales next week to follow the Welsh 2 day Enduro with a friend and his KTM990 SMT. Should be fun
