Hi all, new to forums.m so please bear with me! I own a 95 916 bip and love it! Have had it over ten years and covered over 20.000 miles on it!! Including 2 x 3000 mile trips round the Alps and a few UK track days!!
Thanks a lot guys! Very welcoming! The bike has been mint.. only one recovery due to oil pressure switch popping spewing oil over back wheel and exhaust.. noticed the smoke almost immediately so no drama! ...and crank sensor intermittent fault.. would start from cold and idle for a couple of mins then cut out and not restart for half hour.. new sensor fixed it! Other than that the battery has to be in tip top condition due to the wiring being a bit old and hard!! That's the next mod on the list!! ...and why the obsession with a bin!?
