Hi folks. Just joined the forum with a view to moving on one bike and searching for another. I currently have a 996 and an Aprilia RSVr (hope that doesn't get me a ban before I start ). I'm not new to Ducati's having owned a lovely '97 916 (only 3k miles, lovely and original, why did I sell it ?) and an '02 999. I work out of the country a fair amount and can't justify having two bikes in the garage so have decided to sell both and look out for a nicely looked after early 1098s instead. Just listed my 996 in the classified section. It's an interesting bike. Very nice looking, lovely paintwork, a Senna / SPS replica with loads of carbon, freshly serviced and MOT'd and new tyres with zero miles. I was hoping to get some use out of it when the rain ends but I'm away again soon so my plans have changed. Nicely sorted bike, take a look or spread the word please ? And also if anyone can point me in the direction of a well loved 1098s that would be much appreciated. Thanks !
