Newbie With And Rd500

  1. Hi Guy's

    Newbie here that can not afford a whole Ducati :tearsofjoy: so has a Ducati 916 front end on my RD500 instead

    I have a few questions that I will post up soon regarding my forks that I hope someone could help me with if that's okay, here is my bike in question.

  4. I had one of those. Fantastic bike once I started using synthetic oil to stop the plugs oiling up.

    The only other problem was I shortened it against a Ford Granada. The Granada won.

    Flying was interesting though.

    Wrist breaks and heart break.

    Lovely bike. What happened to the original fairing?

    Sam1199 - Unfortunately the original fairing is long gone wish I kept it now for my next project.

  8. Welcome mate, lovely bike, had a gamma 500 many many years ago, just love strokers, very special memories on gammas and lc's :grinning:
