Please tell me that a one owner low mileage 998 is not a bike to buy.I wish I could stop lusting after motorbikes-Italian ones especially
Not with your condition, Mervyn. It won't get used. Buy some other frippery. I can recommend a particularly comfortable bed, for example, for about the same money.
I think your advice is very sensible.I shall tell my wife that the Ducati forum does have some sensible people on it. She thinks it is full of old codgers like me spending money on "yet another red bike"
I share your pain Mervyn I really want this bike - 2003 DUCATI 999 R ONE OWNER TRADE CLEARANCE !!!!@LOOK@ 999R | eBay - but don't have the space, time to use it or the spare funds to buy it. So why do I want it
Thankyou-I shall tell my wife that the the discerning and sensible female view is go ahead.Much appreciated.
I think it must be some form of illness and very difficult to treat by normal medication or even therapy.Perhaps leaving Ebay alone for a few days might help
Mervyn, Pull yourself together man, methinks you have had one too many needle stuck in the wrong place, and you have been spending too much time with J.G!
Hi John.I hope you are well and having some good rides.Yes I saw J.G. the other day and his chocker block garage.More like a bike dealers premises than a private home. Ever since a child I have collected things and now I am a big child the things I collect have got bigger.
this thread is helping me no end - just seen a low mileage red object also that looks gorgeous - did you buy it Mervyn?
