Hi, I am selling my 2017 Ducati Multistrada 1200S DVT. I am the second owner and have owned the bike for 5 years. In that time I have covered around 14,000 miles on it, mainly used for UK and European touring. Current mileage is just over 29,000 miles, and may creep up as I am still using it. It has been serviced regularly by Cornerspeed Ducati in Sutton-in-Ashfield (authorised Ducati service agent). The Desmo service was done in September 2020 at 18,000 miles, and is next due at 36,000 miles. The belts were changed at the same time. Recommended change interval is 5 years for belts on the DVT engines so next due in September 2025. Annual oil services have been carried out as required, with the most recent in May 2024 at 26,800 miles. The bike came with the Touring Pack and Urban Packs, so has panniers and top box, a centre stand, heated grips and the small Ducati tank bag with USB charging. It also came with around £1,000 of extras and add-ons fitted, including: · Scottoiler · R&G crash protection on front and rear axles, clutch cover and water pump. · R&G “tear drop” crash bungs on the frame · Evotech exhaust and radiator guards · Barkbusters · Datatag I have fitted an Iconic Parts satnav mount. I have a Garmin Zumo XT wired into it, which is not included in the sale but can be included if required by negotiation. It is in great overall condition, not mint but as expected in line with its age and mileage. No paint damage. It is HPI clear and has not been dropped in my ownership. There are some scuffs on the front axle bobbin, LH pannier and LHS of the top box which suggests that it fell over at zero speed at some point in its life with its first owner. This hasn’t bothered me, since luggage is for travelling IMO. There is the odd boot scuff on the panniers too, but nothing major. New tyres Michelin Pilot Road 5 (which are excellent) fitted in May 2024 and have covered 2,200 miles (rears are good for 6,000+ miles, fronts 8,000+) New DID Gold chain and AFAM sprockets fitted in 2020 at 18,000 miles New Yuasa AGM battery fitted in March 2021 at 18,000 miles New gear position sensor fitted by Cornerspeed in 2023 at 26,400 miles (2 year parts and labour warranty) New handsfree control unit fitted by Cornerspeed in 2023 at 26,400 miles (2 year parts and labour warranty) New fuel gauge (type G) fitted by Cornerspeed in 2024 at 26,800 miles (2 year parts and labour warranty) Healtech exhaust valve servo eliminator fitted in 2024 at 26,800 miles Receipts available for all servicing and parts fitted. Have both keys (regular and red key), owners manual and service book in original pouch. Update: brand new 12-month MoT on it as of yesterday 09/08/24. Looking for around £7,250 or best offer.
