Not keen on all the open bolting tubes so tried to find some plastic bungs but the tube sizes (2 different diameter tubes) don't match any of the standard tube caps you can buy online. The kit comes with a single black plastic plug for the angled tube but none for the rest. So, with a bit of Ally bar, some O rings and a couple of hours in the shed on the lathe I have a solution. I would class them as 'sacrificial' if the bike goes over!
I found some plastic bungs intended as feed for tubular furniture on eBay. I had to do a fit of trimming to get them to fit but they are OK. Round Tube Inserts Black Blanking End Caps - Sizes 10mm to 60mm -Made in Germany 26 mm and 24 mm diameter required, sold in packs of 4 for £6.40 & £6.45 respectively.
