Not to a 1260, but to a 1200. They are the same. One thing to note - the locks supplied with the bike are for the metal panniers. You will therefore need to buy a lock set for the plastic panniers. This is because the end of the locks is different between the two. Also don't forget the painted bits on the panniers are bought as seperate panels to the panniers.
The locks for my 1200 were for plastic panniers x2 and one for topbox which was slightly longer but careful trimming made it fit plastic panniers as well...dont ask!...
Thanks... I have ordered a pair. Did yours come with the brackets to fix to the rear footpegs? Will order a set of locks..
The rear foot peg extensions that the plastic panniers locate into are not a fitted as standard, they are only fitted to the bike if the touring pack is ordered…….they are about £90 each side to order
Your right they arent on the bike as standard, but if you buy the panniers new as a set i'm pretty sure they come with them. The only thing I paid extra for was the painted inserts, and a spare lock set.
