Quick question - have had my 2013 GT now for about 2 weeks, 700 miles later. I rode home from Uxbridge to Manchester - stopped for fuel and off I went again, got near home. Revved the bike at the lights - bike didnt really want to rev. Felt like 'dirty fuel'. The bike seems better behaved - would a long motorway ride have done anything? Im aware of the poor fueling on the older bikes and certainly not a smooth ride sub 2K rpm, but surely when I blip the throttle, I shouldnt have any spluttering? The bike seems better now - it was recently serviced, no signs of any issues. Bad fuel or a potential issue? Thanks
Having being a new member here I have looked at A LOT of posts this last week or so. Something with the exhaust butterfly thing springs to mind? Have a read here see if it sounds similar: http://ducatiforum.co.uk/forum/threads/engine-not-reving-out-again.19494/
Thanks - had seen that - presumed it was only upper revs which seem to be OK on mine. I might fiddle and take a look when I can.
