off to LV tomorrow for work. will have couple of free days (and loads of nights) to hit the tables. any tips? i have had success but also had some disasters in the past. want to approach it a bit more scientifically this year.
There's Blackjack, Poker and the Roulette wheel, a fortune won and lost on every deal, all you need's a strong heart and nerves of steel. Hope this helps.
i was more after practical tips. for example some of my own: never gamble on the last day - casino alway know when you checking out and will turn the switch (I've lost a lot of money gambling on the last day) if you gamble on roulette table, always wait till last second till you put your money on as if you gamble anything reasonable they will turn the switch (i won a lot of money doing just that) thats only 2 tips i have for myself, so was after similar ones from others...
Decide how much you are prepared to lose and stick to it even if you lose it all on the first night. The casino at the Luxor used to restrict the amount of free alcohol it would give you when you were at the tables, not sure if all the casinos do the same. Andy
Ahh gambling, I remember my first wage at 17 whilst on a YTS mechanics course. Went in the pub friday night and lost all my wage in the bandit. Never gambled since. Sorry YEV, i guess that doesn't help much though?
