  1. Front forks out and into KAIS for new seals and servicing.
I took the opportunity to source some new electrical connector rubber boots to replace the perished ones -

They are exactly the same as the OEM ones and managed to fit them without removing the connector plugs with a little bit of lubricated persuasion & an old biro!! Was told that these could only be replaced by fitting a new loom!

  3. Thanks for this. About to order some as mine are a perished mess too.

I had to replace a connector shell a couple of years ago as I managed to snap the little clip off. I'll see if I can dig out the OEM and part number so it's recorded here.

  4. They only have 2 way 2 pin listed, these are 4 pin connectors. Is this the option you purchased?

  5. The 2 way boot is the right part, the connector plugs are smaller than the standard Tyco Superseal plugs.

  6. They arrived yesterday and I installed them last night. I bit fiddly but nothing that most people couldn't manage. Looks much better than the perished mess of the old ones.

  7. Hooray! I’ve been patching mine up with gaffer tape for a year or two now.
Mines a 2012 S. Are they the same for all the 1200 models?
