Can any 100% confirm the spring plate that's above the oil filter is fitted the correct way in the photo, Please only comment if your 100% sure as I don't want to get this important part in the wrong way, fitting an oil cooler to my 888, Also does it sit tight against the hole? Thanks
Yours is different to the one I've seen before. You can see the lugs in this one holding the plate from moving. Looks like your could be upside down.
Lads I thought it would have went the way you 2 guys mention, only reason I put it this way is its the way the parts diagram show, I thought it strange tbh, had no intension on carrying on till it was confirmed, looks like I need to flip it over then
I have seen the parts diagram and it does show it as you have it, confusing isn't it. @nelly should confirm though.
I fitted it as its in the parts diagram but it just doesn't seem correct, I will wait for nelly to confirm it mate
