  1. Hello everyone hope you’re ok,just a quick question.changed my oil and filter today on my 1199s,do I have to take to dealer to have the oil light taken off, reset.thanks

  2. Seriously?
You did put the sump plug back in didn’t you!?:)
Oil light should go off after a few seconds on first start up.

  3. Oil service light on the dash ? Andy

  4. Many UK dealers will not turn a service light off if they have not done the service. There is aftermarket software that you can buy and use which is explained elsewhere on the forum, you just need to search. Andy

  14. Regarding the turning of of any service lights at the Ducati dealer only is outrageous. It's the old ducati tax and its extortionate imo.

  15. Totally agree,£85 and an hours work-dealer £300. So in reality dealer charges £215 to turn service light off
