On a slightly lighter note.

  1. Fantastic ride today. Exmoor in October. A little damp but very nice.
Strangely my rear brake worked faultlessly, the coolant failed to corrode through the cylinders, it didn't cut out unexpectedly and my front disc's seem fine, result. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1349375282.368564.jpg

  2. Fair play to you.....aren't you going to moan about anything dawg !...... It seems strange to read a post with no complaints.

  3. Nope, I just love it............

  4. Ye me too, but if you have no complaints to post here you feel like a weirdo

  5. Ok ok, answer me this one, when I started out my fuel gauge read full, when I got back home the fuel light was on. Bloody Ducati's.
Is this a warranty issue or will there be a recall?

  6. Yip sure is, some people would demand new dash for that problem, while other might just refuel

  7. Ahh a positive post. Like it!

What tailbag are you using there, Dawg?

  8. After 1200 miles in 3 weeks I'm loving mine!
Can't stop riding the thing - the missus wishes she was on the recieving end of such treatment as well
Also interested in your tail bag Dawg, thanks.

  9. Have you not had your tank replaced with the nuclear fuel rods under warranty? I would get it back down the dealers if I were you!

  10. Chaps,

It's a Hien Gericke one, Very good too, about £30 fits one very easily and quickly and just the right size for my lunch at work or a bottle of oil and some chain lube or similar if I find myself at a bike shop.
I use it rather than have the top box on all the time.

  11. I was out yesterday afternoon, enjoing a free passage over the humber bridge and a hot choc at Squires, bikes electrics managed heated jacket without blowing up ! well impressed.

  12. I hope it's large enough for the required break down cover card and note book to list problems and complaints on each ride/breakdown.

    Only joking...I love mine...it's great.

I've had more problems with the electrics on my supposed "reliable" Ultimate Driving Machine German car in the same mileage with the"ifail" system than with Mutley

  13. Looks like I'm going to have to take mine back and complain that all these other owners have loads to whinge about on their bikes but they've omitted that feature from mine...

I've paid just as much as they have so why can't I have something to complain about.

I'm going to start a thread on every single Ducati forum in the universe bringing this terrible customer service to the notice of the Ducati riding world.

How on earth could they dare sell me a bike that can do thousands and thousands of miles with no problems?

    :tongue::tongue:

  14. If you get any compensation from Ducati please let me know as I'm in the same boat. Maybe it's Nelly's fault for looking after them too well!!!!!

  15. And you've got plenty of time to complain with all that time on your hands having retired, or did you get pensioned off for excessive complaining?

  16. Can I be part of your gang as my Multi is faultless also, gave it a good clean the other day and was thinking to myself how well it is put together. I have had 4 GS's and I am very happy with my Ducati.

  17. As a prospective Mutley owner I like to read threads like this, your bike is beautiful by the way :)

  18. My only moan is that I haven't moaned for a while....oh how awful!

  19. So how was the ice-cream...? Surely you could moan about the price...?

  20. I hope you didn't drop any ice cream on the engine, it's corrosive action could be disasterous

Good to read a positve post by the way!
