  2. They are sods to get in, I can't remember how I did it some one will im sure

  3. used a smear of grease on the o ring and push like a bastard hold in place while getting
the grubscrews in place to hold tight
have to admit i didnt do mine on my own

got the wife to hold it down while i put in a couple of grubscrews lol
took more than one try as top seal kept moving

remove hammers from reach before hand :D

  4. Putting it in the freezer apparently works. It shrinks it just enough to make it fit.

  5. while waiting for a few parts to arrive, I put some fuel into the new tank and tried to start the bike. wouldn't go??
after fiddling around then studying pipework , it does help if you feed the fuel into the carb/bodies not out!! :Asshat: a change of hoses and we have a runner.. first time in a year and saved from being broken by previous owner:upyeah:
roll on delivery and will go for MOT this week
