  2. Sexy indeed

  3. It weighs 364 pounds wet, with 3 gallons of fuel. How does that compare to stock?

  4. Nice of you to think about us but the 1098R graphic on the fairing is about the only 1098R thing about it. Seat, fairing and belly pan are aftermarket, the wheels are ..... well other than fuggly ugly are god knows what but on the positive side the forks might be D16RR which are a bit special. Quite sure it will appeal to some but not me. Andy

  5. The forks are better than what's fitted to the D16

  6. Mine weighs 183kg with 15 litres with a steel 70mm full system. Andy

  7. Bit of a grey area for me, I don't know anything about Ohlins forks, so an easy mistake. Andy

  8. Not feeling the wheels.

  10. Here's the info: £27,168 at todays exchange rate...

Weighing in at 364 pounds wet with 3 gallons of gas, and pounding nearly 200HP to the rear wheel with a beautifully linear power curve and loads of torque, this is THE BEST SBK I've ever rode. EVER. Sorry Superleggara owners.

I've only owned personally owned 70+ streetbikes (over 50 Ducati's), and logged hundreds of thousands of miles between all sorts of different riding styles, and I can honestly say this is the best SBK I have ever ridden (sorry Superleggara).

The power, torque, handling, braking, and flat out stability of this bike would make WSBK champions like Carlos Checa or Troy Bayliss feel right at home.

Just what has gone into this epic build? Over $100,000. Which is quite the steal when you consider the WSBK level performance and below WSBK legal weight of this machine!

  11. 165.1 Kilo's

  12. the wheels look dymag maybe? But certainly ugly

  13. Not Dymag - there's are a bit nicer - they are the Eastern European ones I think - I forget the make.

  14. For some reason the whole of your first post didn't load so all I saw was the top picture and didn't twig it was someones "improvement" project for sale. Looking through the spec though it's a shame the builder having spent shed loads on bling didn't upgrade the engine main bearings and gearbox because with 200 rwhp, they are the weakest link for the bike and will implode if ridden hard. Andy

  15. Rotobox http://rotobox-wheels.com/ Andy

    • Thanks Thanks x 1
  16. yea seen the rotobox thing after I typed... Still ugly Imo ... Being carbon I'm sure they are lighter than standard but look very chunky for 5 spokes.

  18. I've been looking at those radiator / oil coolers for a while, but have resisted pulling the pin. :worried: They do look good on the bike.

  19. It would weigh less if he took the side stand off. :p

  20. Yeah it's not that light.
