I didn't realise this was so fragile and it just snapped as soon as I went to remove the old bulb... anyone knows where I can source it? or else maybe I can fix it with some black tape? thanks!
They're available from your dealer. Get quite a few breakages. It looks like the heat from the lamp makes the plastic brittle
thanks - Metropolis would ask me to wait 3 weeks just for an appointment so will have to fix some other way
I am planning to use a PVC electrical insulation tape (flame retardant) - do you think it's safe enough near the light in case it overheats?
