Overloaded

  1. Hi,
    Now that we have been going for a while some of us have got involved in quite a lot of threads. I get an email everytime someone posts something else on these threads. The result is 50 mails a day. Get so fed up that i just delete them and have ended up deleting other stuff along with it. Is there a way to turn the notification part off please. I am sure there is in settings but reading through the options it is not very clear to an old duffer like me. No computers when I was a lad.

    On the other hand I would like to congratulate all who help with the forum it is fantastic and better than what it replaced.

  2. I think its :- Settings/General Settings/Default Thread Subsciption Mode and then tick 'Do Not Subscribe'

  4. Yep I had to do that too. Maybe the default should be no notifications and then you can specifically ask to be notified.
