Off out on an all-day ride-out on Sunday and whilst it looks like it is going to be dry it is still a bit chilly - so I just ordered a set of these for delivery tomorrow (fantastic service if they arrive as promised). They seem like a good idea as I'll use them rarely and can swap them from bike to bike. I hope they work OK. Anyone any experience with them? Oxford Motorcycle Wrap-around Hot Hands (OF694): Amazon.co.uk: Car & Motorbike
My friend has them for his bikes they work a treat. It looks like they have slimmed them down as well as used to be a tad bulky. I like the Oxford sports hotgrips they are lots slimmer then the original Oxford grips.
Had them on my 696 for a couple of years now, and very glad I am of them too. They're either on or off - less controllability than a lot of heated grips which replace the bike's originals, and nothing is going to be warm enough for a below zero ride of an hour, but they ensure that I've still got some circulation left in my fingers by the time I get to work on a cold day.
