I've only dealt with their parts side, and they've been pretty good, have quite alot in stock for various makes of bikes i've had over the years, i think they are quite highly regarded by people.
I've bought several bikes from the and I've always found them to be super helpful and efficient. One they know you and you build a relationship with them, they are outstanding. Although they are a multi-franchise dealer, Marcus the Sales Manager and Ray, the Ducati technician, really know their stuff when it comes to Ducati. I really cannot fault them.
I have only had very good experience with Marcus and the Service Department and the service manager, Ray and marcus are all Ducati enthusiasts. i have heard of bad experiences but have to say these 3 have been very outstanding in all my dealings with them. Cheapest? No, but they do business how I like to do business. We're quite spoiled in this area with dealers and having used the 4 closest (CMW, MR, Pro Twins and P&H) they're one of the 2 I would choose to do business with again.
.....and now it's Sunday. that means, that I got my MultiStrada yesterday I have to say, that I am well pleased with the customer service in this shop. Special kudos to Mark Slade for the deal. (and who cares, that it rained almost all 250miles home, when you're on a new, wonderful bike)
