Paddock Stand With Sprocket Bolt Holder How’s It Used

    Just picked up this paddock stand but the owner or should I say the previous owner wasn’t there how’s the sprocket bolt holder work and what’s the rubber handle bit for sorry for the thick questions but it’s my first paddock stand

  2. It is possible the handle may fit in the tube in front of it to stop the wheel moving while you undo the nut

  3. My immediate thought is the sprocket bolt holder is just that, a mechanism to prevent the wheel turning when you undo/torque up the rear wheel. The handle is as higgy says to stop the rear wheel rotating. Sort of belt and braces set up. Andy
     
  4. Thanks for replying sorry for the numpty post I just couldn’t work out what the rubber handle removable rod was for , it makes sense now :upyeah:
