V4 Paddock Stand

  1. Does the v4 pani have the same axle diameter as a 1299? Can I use the same paddock stand?

I had a cheap stand from when I had a 1199 a few years back and found that the tyre of my V4 rubbed on the bottom cross bar of the stand preventing me from spinning the rear to wax/clean chain and wheel etc. It was prob to it being a cheap stand but the tyre profile is deeper on the V4 so this may have compounded the problem. I decided to get a new one and went for Gee-tech stand. Super quality and looks the bollocks :)
