Hi... I'm going away next week and have a tank bag with the old style straps that attach to the frame... But also come into contact with the side panels.. My question is what's the best sort of tape to use to protect the paint and not damage after I remove it...? 3M make a tape but seems to have issues getting it off... Any suggestions appreciated Cheers Steve
I bought some of that triboseat material from Poundstretchers and put it in between my tankbag/panniers and bodywork a few years ago.
