This fuse is shown on the handbook and populated with 7.5A fuse. One going to stick my neck out now and assume it’s to power accessories and it’s SWitched by the ignition! Anyone traced this anywhere, preferably to an existing connection which I can neatly connect to using existing connectors appropriate plugs etc to make it plug and play without damaging any exiting wires! I need about 2A max for the Quadlock Wireless charger so I can use my phone neatly for satnav. Any knowledge or tips gratefully received. There is already a charging lead neatly tie wrapped to exiting wiring direct from the battery fitted by the dealer (display and demo bike) to keep the battery charged by the left fairing over the engine cover. Guessing this comes via a fuse direct from the battery and I want a switched supply that’s off when the ignition is off!
No but I have just got the workshop manual which lists fuse 4 on the LH fuse box as Accessories / SW so is almost certainly what I wanted. I just plug the quadlock charger into my charge lead off the battery for now but will find the wiring diagram in the workshop manual and see what else is fed from fuse 4 LH when I have the time and try and find somewhere I can wire it into / and test its switched with a meter when I get a chance.
