I'm after some grippy pegs to replace the stock ones. want something in keeping with the bike too. do the panigale v4 ones fit? anyone tried?

After loads of cross references we have a new set of pegs for the 748. on the basis 748 and 1098 pegs are the same I thought I can use 1098R pegs. 1098R pegs are the same part number as panigale v4 pegs. panigale riders pegs are the same part number as panigale v4 pillion pegs! so I bought a set of pillion pegs thar had been removed from a new bike. £20 from our favourite auction site. they bolt straight on with no modifications angle is correct and I used the new pins and E clips as they are same size too
Ha... nice job. I bet they're a Bazillion times more grippy than the POS originals... I run a set of DP fixed ones on my 996 and it's like night and day better. But this is a MUCH cheaper option !
yeah and I get to sell the pillion brackets on to recover the costs hopefully your right about the stock ones. they feel like they are Teflon coated!
