996 Part Number

  1. I have a 2001 996R and want to fit a carbon clutch cover made around that time ( DP/MS etc). Have found one on ebay with a ducati number 969023AAA but cannot tell when it was made or who made it. Is there any way to find this out.

  2. I have an half open cover original DP if your interested. Probably half the price...but it ain’t Christmas yet....

  3. Don’t know it it suits you, but was able to found some pics. The last picture you see the embossed “Ducati”

  4. Sure the P/N is Ducati performance, but is the product DP remains the Q. You can als see it at the carbon weave.

  5. Thanks for the pic, but really want a closed one. thanks anyway

  6. Rreally, in all honesty don't stress about the age of a clutch cover which you will never substantiate.
If you like it then buy it an fit it, if no then don't. No drama either way.
    Keep it real.!

  7. It's about keeping the bike original to it's age. 996R work of art so don't want to fit any old off market stuff.
It's about keeping the bike original to it's age. Bikes too good to add any new or old cheap off market bits too it. :)

  8. Original is best! Keep it that way and you'll not regret it.
    Pictures are always good. :upyeah:

  9. Apologies about dodgy spelling in first reply I was (and still am) a bit pissed. :)
