Paypal?

  1. Anyone used/checked their paypal this morning?

    Mines not working via ebay and all my transaction history has vanished! :eek:

  2. I can log into PayPal.....some of my recent transactions are missing, but my older ones are there.

    It looks like transactions between 24th December and 20 January are missing :eek:

    Something very odd here, got two error messages on ebay trying to pay, now revived two e-mails from paypal acknowledging two separate payments for the same item!

  4. I didn't check my older transactions but everything from late December is missing... I hope they have means to restore it.

  5. I've just emailed them.......I'll let you know what they say, if they reply.

Seems they are having issues all over the world, there are lot of people reporting the same issue: in some countries people calling paypal customer service reported an automated voice answered stating that they are having issues.. and not able to access customer accounts.. and to call back later ...

  8. My payment has gone through 4 f'ing times!
    The customer services number isn't working! :rolleyes:

  9. Nelson, have you tried several times? It seems that even if it doesn't seems to work the transactions are made, with different transaction ids, so they are multiple, one for each time... I bet as soon as they've sorted you'll be able to cancel the unwanted, but I belive it's best stop messing with accounts until then

  10. I did try several times with the original transaction as ebay simply stated "Your request couldn't be processed at this time" and no transaction was showing on paypal.

    Now paypal history is back and showing 4 payments, but item still not paid for on ebay.

    Joy...

  12. eBay and PayPal still causing problems according to the company I bought something from this morning/no i didn't/yes I did and paid for it/no I didn't.Yes I did, you sent me an email confirming my payment/no I didn't,I sent you an email asking for payment.
    Think I will check my bank account now to see how many thousands of items I have paid for!!!!!!

  13. Exactly the same for me this morn, bought a TV remote from a company, got to the last part transaction failed. If you see this message again contact XYZ.

    So I phoned the ebay seller as the Paypal 08707 number was not recognized, seller confirmed I had paid 3 times. He has refunded me twice and sending the item. All my history since Dec 29th is missing.
